Are you interested in teaching students about where their food comes from? The HEAL Project manages The San Mateo County School Farm in Half Moon Bay. The School Farm provides students with the opportunity to learn about agriculture. The HEAL Project’s educational programs teach students about the environment and nutrition. Students have the opportunity to try fruits and vegetables from the farm. The HEAL Project offers free tours to eligible schools with the possibility of free transportation. The San Mateo County School Farm is a great place for students to get their hands dirty and learn about where food comes from.
