The 2023 School Travel Fellowship organized by the San Mateo County Office of Education has wrapped up with some impressive accomplishments. Teams from East Palo Alto, Redwood City, Millbrae, and Menlo Park worked hard to ensure students can walk and bike to school safely.  Cities engaged school communities and implemented quick build demonstration projects to improve safety, including roundabouts, curb extensions, and high-visibility crosswalks.
