The Green Foothills Leadership Program is set to begin its 9th cohort in January 2023. This program draws participants from San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Benito Counties. It has helped more than 240 community leaders to clarify their goals and sharpen their advocacy skills related to environmental justice. After participants graduate from the 8-month training series, they can join an active alumni program for ongoing support. Alumni go on to advance initiatives for environmental conservation, justice, and inclusive public processes across multiple sectors.
