Sign Up for the Next Contemplative Practices Session


Senior Coastsiders is hosting their sixth contemplative practices session this month on January 4 from 4-5 p.m. Last month the session focused on Qi Gong which is a series of low impact, moving meditation and breathing exercises that reduce stress and balance the mind, body and spirit.
