Rethink Your Drink was celebrated September 3-30. It Is a campaign coordinated by the California Department of Public Health’s CalFresh Healthy Living (CFHL) program.   The campaign focuses on promoting healthier beverage choices and increasing water intake in communities statewide. The Healthy Schools and Communities team held events at the Fair Oaks Health Center in Redwood City and Ravenswood Health Center in East Palo Alto.  They educated health center patients on the effects of drinking sugar sweetened beverages and encouraged healthier options.
