Over the last year, almost 1,000 youth and family members in South San Francisco, North Fair Oaks/Redwood City, East Palo Alto and Daly City shared their thoughts on assets, barriers and strategies to help make youth more successful in their communities. We’re extremely grateful to community members for engaging on these often difficult issues and are proud to work together with the community to help implement the plans.

The team is continuing to explore ways to bring the plans to life in our four communities. We are working with small local implementation groups, exploring pilot opportunities, applying for outside funding, and supporting our agencies in realigning and redirecting resources for plan implementation. We will continue to identify existing assets and opportunities to move forward the exciting strategies identified through the deep engagement of local community members.
