Home for All SMC recently added a housing policy legislative tracker to its website. This tool shows the pipeline of affordable housing units, the housing gap that we need to collectively achieve, and the range of housing and land-use policies that jurisdictions are adopting to meet the housing demand. This is a great tool that can be used to continue advancing solutions for safe and affordable housing, which is a key ingredient to protect our residents’ health.
