Applications are now being accepted for the Get Healthy SMC Community Implementation Funding request for proposals (RFP). We want to share some important changes to this RFP from previous years: 

• Funding up to five projects for a total of $700k 
• Up to $70,000 per year for each project 
• Project term is two years July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2025
