The HPP Health Equity Team joined the Bay Area Regional Health Inequities Initiative (BARHII) to convene a roundtable to share learnings and best practices on community engagement. This convening took place on April 25. Topics included building Health Equity Zones (HEZ) and establishing a Community Collaboration Process (CCP). Learn more about HEZs and the CCP.
