Kimberly has joined San Mateo County Health as the Civic Engagement and Health Intern. She is a Master of Public Health candidate from UC Berkeley, with a concentration in Health and Social Behavior under the Community Health Sciences division. As a long time resident of San Mateo County, a child of immigrants, and a first generation college student, Kimberly is motivated to promote the health and success of this community. Her interests are focused on social determinants of health and reducing health disparities of minority populations. She obtained her BS in Biology and BA in Communication from UC Davis.
