Every July, the School Nutrition Association holds an annual conference. Thousands of nutrition professionals from across the country attended this year’s conference in San Antonio, TX which included cooking demos, inspirational keynotes, workshops and over 900 exhibit booths. CalFresh Healthy Living staff learned best practices for school nutrition programs, healthier school meals and stronger community outreach.
