Garden-based education is an important part of the work we support through Get Healthy SMC. One of our key partners supporting this work is The HEAL Project. The Heal Project manages the San Mateo County School Farm and provides students from across the county with opportunity to get their hands dirty on a working farm through their field-trips that include on-farm education.
