The Loma Prieta Chapter’s Sustainable Land Use committee evaluates new development projects and zoning proposals in eight cities along the Peninsula’s transportation corridor. Our committee reviews and makes recommendations on plans and proposals near El Camino, downtowns, and transit stations. Such plans include General Plans, Downtown Plans, Station Area Plans, Pedestrian Plans, Bicycle Plans and individual development proposals.
